Lee Robinson, Chairman and Inventor; has had a successful career spanning 55 years in the energy, minerals processing and petrochemicals industries, previously holding directorships at a number of major public companies.  Lee has a number of Government appointments to his name as well as providing consulting services to leading international corporations.  Lee holds a number of patents, particularly in the fields of solvent extraction and high pressure re-forming and fluidised combustion fuels.  Lee has several published works to his name as well as numerous articles in the technical press.

Leslie Couzens, Managing Director , a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, has 35 years successful management experience in industry and the profession. Les has travelled extensively and held executive positions in Australia, USA, Mexico, Canada and the UK in the waste, mining equipment, manufacturing and property sectors.

John Taylor, Operations Director and Company Secretary; a qualified chemist, has over 30 years experience in the manufacturing sector including the chemical and re-cycling industries with responsibility at director level.  Educated in both technical and management disciplines, John has a proven track record in managing all aspects of production, including formulating, planning and controlling complex interactive operations in order to maximise resources and ensure that the commercial objectives are met.

Jack Bentley, Non Executive Director; a qualified chemical engineer, has undertaken projects across a range of industry sectors, including non-ferrous metals extraction and waste management.  Jack was a member of the EC Scientific Experts Group and Chaired the Supranational and International Environmental Waste Management Group.  He has played an important role in the formulation of legislation relating to waste management in both the UK and abroad.  Jack continues to be actively involved in the identification and development of waste management process technologies.
